Yes, look, I know that India is a little more uptoght about these things than many other countries but that headline really goes a tad too far.
Sex rather rocks for everybody: it’s designed to be that way, to ensure that there’s another generation to have it in their turn.

The odd thing about this study is that it lumps 40-year-olds with 80-year-olds. I’m not too far from 40, and I really do hope I am still having sex (and good sex) at that point. I’m not so sure I’ll be up for any kind of sex at 80. Even if it’s possible, the whole thing gives me a weird feeling.
On a similar note, this article, “Primetime Live Sex Survey Has Interesting Findings About Senior Citizens,” http://seniorjournal.com/NEWS/Sex/4-10-22SexSurvey.htm, tells a few interesting things about older people and sex. While 71% of 18-29 year olds say premarital sex is okay, only 30% of 65+ say so. But at the same time, of the 18-29 surveyed, 8% admitted to having cheated; of those 65+, 21% have (now, either that 21% is having un-married sex or is practicing polygamy).
Tim adds: Umm, yes, but those 65 and over have had rather more years to cheat in, haven’t they?
